RELEASE BLITZ & REVIEW - Intertwined by Sasha Brümmer

Title: Intertwined
Standalone Series: A Redemption Novel
Author: Sasha Brümmer
Genre: Contemporary Romance
Release Date: January 30, 2017

Blurb

Amplified emotional highs have been my downfall. I’ve lost parts of myself to the dark corners of my heart because of the damage others have inflicted.

Whiskey might be able to ease the burn of one’s soul, but this time it might not be enough to survive. Instead of letting me wither in the cracks of my desiccated soul, he pushes me to appreciate the scars, instead of avoiding the bruises.

I’ve had more than my share of sanctioned hell, and I am through living in a limbo between who I should be and who I am. I won’t allow myself to become a casualty of my own mind again.

I am no longer carrying the obscurities of my life around with me when he chooses to stand and fight beside me.

With him, I finally see what it means to be living.

**This novel contains mature themes, strong language, violent circumstances, and sexual situations. It is intended for adult readers.

This was my first Sasha Brummer book and absolutely loved it! I knew from just from reading the prologue that this book was going to be an intense and emotional ride from start to finish.

This book is a multiple of things...friends to lovers, a redemption romance and a suspense romance all wrapped into one amazing book and oh, it is most definitely a standalone...you absolutely want to download this book...RIGHT NOW! It is just that good. (normally I put this at the end of my review, but it really is better suited here.)

Isla is this broken woman trying to make her way in life and heal from her childhood and the mark it has left on her. Liam is one of her best friends and sometimes "with benefits" and he is clearly broken and screwed up from his recent tragedy with is fiancee. When he comes back to Chicago and surprises Isla things take off from there with these two. There are so many, "Wow, I didn't see that coming" moments in this book and it will take you on a very emotional ride while these two find their way to love and hopefully happily ever after...you can't be sure until the end...I highly recommend this book and I will absolutely be downloading Blended.
