Hate to Love You, an all-new standalone from New York Times Bestseller Tijan is available NOW!

Hate to Love You by Tijan Genre: Contemporary Romance

Publication Date: August 28th

Rule #1: No hot guys.
It might sound ridiculous. I get it. It kind of is, but college was supposed to be my sanctuary. It was my place to start over. The rumors, the whispers, and the jealousy I endured through high school would all be gone.
No one would know me at college.
Rule #2: No drama.
I’d major in pre-law. I’d make a few loyal friends. Everything would be easy breezy. No one was going to use me or hurt me. I wouldn’t let them.
Rule #3: New year. New place. New me.
And all because of Shay Coleman.
Football captain and quarterback, he was the big guy on campus. The cocky guy in my political science class with a smirk. I hated him on sight . . .
. . . and he was about to break all my rules.

I was almost grinning from delight as I shoved open the back door. If I hit him, hey, all was fair in the war we were fighting of who could piss each other off the best. It didn’t. He was leaning against the wall, the back of his head resting on the brick, and he looked over to smirk at me. “I want to see your room.” I thrust my hand out. “I’ll take those notes.” That smirk just widened. He patted his bag and pushed off from the wall. “They’re in my email. I need to get on a computer.” He patted my arm and moved past me, heading inside. “I can use yours.” “Hey!” I followed him in. He was looking up the stairs. “Sabrina said you were on the fourth floor. You saw my place. I want to see yours. It’s only fair.” He wasn’t waiting for my go-ahead. He was already up and rounding second floor to third. He’d be at my floor before I could get there. “Stop! I am not okay with this.” He was at the third-floor door. He glanced down with that same goddamn smirk. “Better tell me which room or I’m going to hang out in the hallway.” “Why are you always smirking? Is it permanently attached to your face?” “What room, Clarke?” He was at my hallway door. Fucking hell. I gritted my teeth. “Wait. Just wait. My door automatically locks.” He’d opened the door but let it shut. Waiting as I covered the last set of stairs, I refused to let him see me panting. I stood there, purposely holding my breath until he narrowed his eyes and cocked his head to the side. “Breathe, Clarke. You’re going to pass out.” I almost burped out the small pocket of air I’d been holding. “I hate you so much.” “Yeah, yeah.” He waved that off. “We get it. Eternal damnation in hell, the whole shebang. Whatever.” He nodded to the door. “Stop stalling. I want to see your room.” I was picturing pitchforks and fire. Maybe that was the burning smell he mentioned. It was hell, and all the fire in there. I yanked the door, glaring as I did. “Was this Sabrina’s idea?” “Nope. All mine.” He was right behind me. I could feel his breathing. “She refused to tell me your room number, said I had to call.” My eyes widened at the thought of him coming up by himself, strolling down the hallway, and then knocking on my door. Good Lordy gracious. Too many would’ve seen him at my door. I would’ve been the talk of the dorm. I shuddered, unlocked, and entered my room.

I popped my Tijan cherry with this book. I have been dying to check out one of her books, but since I started blogging I rarely have non-blog reading time and she is always the buzz among other bloggers. And I loved this I understand why so many people love her books.

Kennedy has a lot of self-imposed rules to survive college that I chuckled just a little bit. You get to see all of her hangups and issues and social awkwardness as she makes her way through her first semester. Kennedy meets Shay in her first pre-law class and he has her breaking all of her rules.

This book is angsty, full of twists and jaw dropping moments that will keep you turning the pages. What I loved the most is that you get Kennedy's knee-jerk opinions of the people she meets and as things happen in the book you get to see that change. This was a fantastic book that deal with college life, typical college social experiences and some extremely serious situations. It was pretty awesome how Kennedy deals with what happens to her and how it changes her perspective of other people and somewhere along the way she falls head over heels for Shay Coleman.

So, if you enjoy a good college romance with lots of substance and enjoy lots of twists in the story, then you must check out this will not be disappointed.

I'm not sure what rock I have been hiding under but for some reason, Tijan has totally slipped under my radar. But let me tell you, she's on it now with this book and I absolutely cannot wait to read more from her.

This story is an amazing college, enemies-to-lovers story that has so much more than the usual college drama. Kennedy has a she isn't sharing with anyone. She also has rules that she has instituted in order to keep her college life drama free and her heart protected. No hot guys, no drama, new year, new me. Sounds easy enough...but nothing is ever that easy, especially when you catch the eye of the hottest, most popular guy in college.

Shay Coleman is everything Kennedy doesn't need and she hates him on sight. She is forced to work with him and deal with him but she is feisty, snarky and downright rude most of the time. However, her snarkiness does not have it's intended results as it intrigues Shay even more. Will he be able to break through her shell and show her how beautiful she really is.

There is so much more to this story than meets the eye. There are difficult moments that need to be dealt with in several instances and they are dealt with beautiful by Tijan. I absolutely loved watching all of these characters grow up and become so much more!

RELEASE BLITZ/REVIEW - Mr. Big by Delancey Stewart

Are you ready to meet Oliver? MR. BIG by Delancey Stewart is available today, and you don't want to miss this sexy and fun contemporary romance! Find out more about MR. BIG below and pick up your copy now!

About MR. BIG

Once upon a time, I had everything: money, power, a multimillion-dollar company, a loving family. Well, at least I thought I had everything. Then my parents died, and I found out my whole life was based on a lie. That’s pretty much the moment when I went numb. Told the world to f*** off and went on a bender of epic proportion, just to see how far I could fall before I hit rock-bottom.
Now I’m back and all I want in this world is my morning—okay, afternoon—coffee. Then one of my employees has the nerve to call me out for cutting the line at the coffeehouse at the company I own. Sure, I’m a little scruffier than usual, but come on, bitching out the CEO? Not a smart career move. Just who does this smart-mouthed ball-buster think she is? And more important, what do I have to do to get her number? Holland O’Dell may be uptight, but I wouldn’t mind taking her back to my place and ripping off that business-casual blouse/skirt combo and burying myself in her curves. She pushes my buttons, but at least I’m feeling something. And whatever it is, I won’t stop until I get more. Advance praise for Mr. BigMr. Big is the kind of smart, sexy delight that every woman deserves to read! [Delancey] Stewart will make you believe in true love in this steamy, heart-wrenching tale.”USA Today bestselling author Sierra Simone “With a smart, feisty heroine and hot, tortured hero, Mr. Big has everything I look for in a contemporary romance. Read an excerpt from MR. BIG

“Where did you come from, Holland?” “That’s a good question.” I wasn’t trying to dodge, but I didn’t have an answer. Plus, I wasn’t sure he was speaking geographically. “Were you born and raised in Los Angeles?” So he was speaking geographically. “Maybe,” I said. “I was raised here. I don’t know where I was born, actually.” He raised an eyebrow in question. I took a deep breath. “I was abandoned. They found me in a cardboard box at a hospital in Long Beach when I was a couple weeks old.” I watched his eyes, waiting for the predictable sorrow, the sympathy most people offered when they heard about my inauspicious beginnings. Hale’s eyes reflected something else, though—they flashed with anger. “I grew up in foster homes.” I shrugged. “You were adopted?” He whispered the words, as if he couldn’t believe what he was saying. I shook my head, a little confused at his reaction. For a moment I wondered if the revelation made him think less of me. It had certainly made me think less of myself for a lot of years. “Nope. Never adopted. Just fostered.” My salad came and I was thankful for the distraction. Hale watched me intently, a crease between his dark eyes. He seemed about to say something, but then turned his head and stared out at the ocean instead. The sun was flashing on its surface, glittering like cellophane ribbons. I waited for him to ask more questions, but he seemed lost in thought. We ate in relative silence, me enjoying the sunlight and warmth, and the entire avocado I’d convinced the waitress to bring me. Hale appeared to be focused on something inside his mind, something he didn’t seem apt to share. I decided to push. “What about you?” His eyes snapped back to mine and then he shook his head, saying nothing. “Seriously? I share but you don’t?” After spending most of the morning being thoughtful and kind, Mr. Big Dick was back. His face was closed and anger bubbled in his eyes as he turned his focus to his burger. “I see how it is,” I pressed. He paused, a fry partway to his mouth, and then his hand lowered again, his shoulder slumping. “It’s not that I don’t want to tell you.” “Okay . . .” He dropped the fry and leaned back in his chair, a deep sigh escaping his lips. “It’s more that I don’t really know.” He stared down at his plate as he said, “I was adopted, actually. But I’ve only found that out recently.” His voice was cold, almost clinical, like this was a distant fact to be examined, not something integral to who he was. “And you’re upset?” It was a stupid question. A dark frown had crept over his face and he looked much more like the broody asshole I’d met at Cody Tech than like the almost sweet man who’d been helping me since then. He was clearly upset. A smile flickered over those incredible lips, but it did nothing to tamp down the sadness in his eyes. “I don’t know. Yes. It’s complicated.” Without stopping myself this time, I reached for his hand, my own fingers covering the long square tips of his where they rested on the table. He started slightly, as if I’d shocked him, and then relaxed, his thumb reaching around to rub a line across the top of my fingertips. I suppressed the shiver that ran through me. The pain in his eyes had ebbed, and he looked up at me with something that felt a bit like wonder.

This was my first Delancey Stewart book and I really enjoyed reading this book. I will admit that the cover was a pretty big draw for me to check out this book and was intrigued by the blurb. But as I read through this book it took ahold of my heart and it kept me turning the pages.
Oliver Cody was a child prodigy of sorts and started his own company with his father before the age of eighteen. He had money and success that most people dream about and he chose to walk away from it all to go "find himself." It wasn't until a freak accident that took both his parents away that he was forced to come back. While finding out things were not always as they seemed and realizing that to save his company, he would need to come back and be the CEO of Cody Technology. That is when he meets Holland.
Holland is this woman with a plan for everything in her life, but she never planned to fall in love with the CEO of the company she works for...Oliver Cody. While Holland is trying make a name for herself and a chance to present her idea to the board, she runs into this arrogant prick in the coffee shop downstairs in the Cody office building. She doesn't know who he is and he doesn't know who she is...I just knew this story was going to be fun to read from this very moment.
Sometimes fate knows exactly what you need and brings people into your life for a purpose. And these two were most definitely destined to be together. This book is full of angst and twists and turns that will keep you wanting to keep turning the pages. And you will want to smack both Oliver and Holland in the back of the head...but in the end things are revealed and truths are brought to light and Holland has a choice...don't miss out on all the details, twists and turns that get these two to their HEA.
Definitely a book worth checking out.

Blog Tour/Review - Unplanned by M. Piper

M. Piper
Released 8/24/17

I’m Lincoln West.
First sibling of three, and the other two couldn’t be any more opposite of me.
Single father extraordinaire to the coolest kid on the face of the earth, and I have parents that think the world of my son.
I’m a family guy. At twenty-two, I’ve embraced my fate as lifetime member of the uncool single dad club. It’s the Lincoln and Carter show…until I meet Wren. That’s when everything changes.  And I mean everything. More laundry in the machine, a third toothbrush at the bathroom sink, Cosmopolitan magazine next to the bed. More importantly, a home that feels full.
Wren’s the beauty in my ugly days. She’s full of life, and talent, and she’s the exact mother figure my son needs.  It’s surprising because she’s the daughter of two very shitty people. Pardon my French. Two people who taught her to hate herself because she didn’t follow their plan for her. Two people that drop a hell of a bomb on us. Right when we think the world’s stopped pitting against us, her family proves us wrong.
Now we’re out to prove that even though unplanned, our unconventional life is absolutely perfect.

I should not have been amazed by this book because hello this IS M. Piper but still...I absolutely loved it. I like a good single Dad story and this one has enough twists and turns and heat to make it an excellent single Dad story.

Lincoln West had life all figure out. Get a college degree while having as much sex as possible. Until the day when a little bundle of joy is dropped into his lap. He embraced being a father and his life revolves around his child.

Wren has made some mistakes and her parents make her pay for them every time they open their mouths. She wants to make it on her own without their help and has become a stronger person despite some serious setbacks as a teen.

These two meet and there are indeed fireworks. They have chemistry, but they also both have secrets. How will each deal with not only the secrets they individually have but also with the punches that are coming their way? I definitely had tears in my eyes through several parts of the book. This is a heartwarming story of love, family and strength!
